Body Shop Foreman / Floor Manager We are an Auto Body Shop seeking an experienced Body Shop Foreman / Floor Manager to oversee daily shop operations, manage production flow, maintain repair quality, and ensure vehicles move efficiently through the repair process. The ideal candidate will have extensive collision repair experience, strong leadership abilities, and a thorough understanding of body shop operations. This position plays a critical role in managing workflow, supporting technicians, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring repairs are completed to the highest standards. Responsibilities Oversee daily shop production and technician workflow. Assign and monitor repair work to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met. Coordinate with estimators, technicians, parts personnel, and management to prevent production delays. Monitor vehicle progress throughout the repair process. Perform quality control inspections at various stages of repair. Ensure repairs are completed according to manufacturer procedures and industry standards. Assist in maintaining cycle times and production goals. Troubleshoot repair-related issues and provide technical guidance to technicians. Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment. Train, mentor, and support technicians as needed. Assist management with daily shop operations and production planning. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of collision repair/body shop experience required. Previous foreman, lead technician, or production management experience preferred. Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures, shop workflow, and repair planning. Ability to lead and manage technicians effectively. Strong organizational and communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Valid driver's license required. Pay:
$20.00 - $35.00 per hour
