Job Description

JDP is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Orangeburg, NY area! The candidate will be responsible to work with multiple departments including Operations, Supply Chain & Quality to develop and execute maintenance strategy, plans, and projects.
Responsibilities:
Partner with Operations to determine software utilization and methods for effectiveness. Ensure equipment, facilities, utilities, and grounds are operating efficiently and safely. Oversee the development, revision, review and approval of all maintenance work instructions and operations procedures. Develop, set, track and report on maintenance CMMS Software and Metrics and analyze performance as means to drive improvement. Perform root cause analysis. Utilize new technology, equipment, and lean manufacturing principles. Manage maintenance spending/yearly budget.
Requirements:
