Job Description
Maintenance Supervisor Are you an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys solving problems, leading a team, and taking pride in the condition of a property? Oak Hill Country Club is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our Facilities team. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands building systems, knows how to diagnose and solve maintenance issues, and takes pride in doing quality work. At Oak Hill, you won't be maintaining just another commercial property. You'll help maintain one of the country's premier private clubs, including its buildings, facilities, equipment, and operational spaces. The work is varied, the standards are high, and your expertise will have a direct impact on the experience of our members, guests, and employees. What You'll Do Lead the day-to-day activities of the Facilities/Maintenance team and help prioritize work orders and projects Perform, coordinate, and oversee repairs involving HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, tile, and general building systems Troubleshoot maintenance issues and determine the best course of action to resolve them efficiently and properly Develop, maintain, and execute preventive maintenance programs for buildings, equipment, and mechanical systems Work closely with the Director of Facilities on renovations, capital improvements, special projects, and vendor coordination Respond to building and facility emergencies and participate in an on-call rotation as needed Assist with inspections, testing, and documentation related to fire protection and life safety systems Maintain an organized inventory of tools, equipment, parts, and supplies and assist with purchasing as needed Help ensure maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and to Oak Hill's standards Keep maintenance areas, equipment, and workspaces clean, organized, and professional Support the Facilities team with other operational needs as they arise What We're Looking For We're looking for a skilled maintenance professional who can lead by example.
