Job Description
Strike Force Maintenance Corp is leading commercial cleaning company. Our customers include commercial office buildings, day care centers, schools, nursing homes, medical facilities, and fitness centers. We are currently looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Assistant Supervisor. The Assistant Supervisor helps coordinate daily operations, trains new team members, monitors equipment, and ensures compliance with cleaning protocols. They act as a critical bridge between the front-line cleaning crew, upper management, and clients.

• Core Responsibilities Staff Supervision & Training Assist Senior Field Supervisor Train new hires on specialized commercial cleaning equipment and safety procedures. Coordinate shift schedules and reallocate tasks to cover staff absences. Provide continuous coaching and performance feedback to the cleaning team. Motivate crew members to achieve nightly or daily productivity goals. Quality Control & Inspections Conduct daily inspections of offices, restrooms, and common areas. Enforce company standards to maintain high-quality, audit-ready facilities. Address service complaints quickly to guarantee high customer satisfaction. Report recurring deficiencies to the primary Cleaning Supervisor. Safety & Compliance Enforce strict adherence to OSHA safety rules and local environmental guidelines. Monitor the handling of hazardous chemicals and specialized floor care machinery. Report site hazards or equipment maintenance issues immediately. Maintain correct documentation for safety logs and incident reports. Inventory & Operations Track supply stock including soaps, sanitizers, trash liners, and paper goods. Submit request orders for new cleaning materials before stock runs low. Perform heavy cleaning duties such as floor waxing or deep carpet cleaning as required. Verify employee timesheets and complete basic digital operational reports. Job Requirements Valid Driver's license
Experience:
1-3 years of professional janitorial experience.
Leadership:
Proven history as a team lead or point person.
Skills:
Proficient with floor buffers, industrial vacuums, and commercial chemical dilution systems.
Communication:
Clear verbal and written English skills; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly valued.
Physical Strength:
Able to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds
Availability:
Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays depending on facility hours.
