Job Description Summary The Global Maintenance & Improvements Leader is responsible for leading proactive maintenance execution and fleet improvement activities across a global fleet of 24,000+ wind turbines. This role oversees planned maintenance, fleet programs, and RCA-driven corrective actions to ensure high-quality, on-time execution and maximize fleet availability. The position partners closely with Engineering and the Services Product Line team to establish and deploy best maintenance practices, improve execution quality, and implement fleet improvement strategies, including work bundling initiatives designed to reduce turbine climbs and improve operational efficiency. Job Description Lead the execution of all proactive work across the turbine fleet, including planned maintenance, fleet programs, and RCA corrective actions. Ensure maintenance activities are completed on time, with strong attention to quality, compliance, and field execution standards. Partner with Engineering to define, maintain, and continuously improve best-in-class maintenance practices. Work to maximize fleet availability through effective maintenance planning, quality oversight, and process improvement. Collaborate with the Services Product Line team to develop and deploy fleet improvement strategies. Support rollout of work bundling initiatives to reduce turbine climbs and improve maintenance efficiency. Monitor maintenance performance metrics and drive corrective actions where needed. Identify execution gaps, process issues, and improvement opportunities, and lead cross-functional resolution efforts. Support standardization of maintenance processes across the fleet. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, reliability, and productivity. Build strong working relationships across Services, Engineering, Operations, and Product Line teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in engineering, business, operations or related technical discipline Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience operations, project management, quality, or systems engineering. Ability and willingness to travel globally 25%.

Relocation Assistance Provided:
No For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $140,300.00 and $233,800.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
