Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Building Super / Handyman to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our residential or commercial facilities. This energetic role involves ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of the property by performing a wide range of maintenance tasks The ideal candidate will bring a strong mechanical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and leadership qualities to keep our facilities running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment. Troubleshoot and repair issues related to electrical systems, plumbing and unit turnovers. Conduct residential painting, and other finishing tasks to maintain property aesthetics. Ensure work is completed safely and to quality standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Coordinate with residents or tenants to address service requests promptly while providing excellent customer service. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and facility policies during all maintenance activities. help with unit turns and apt renovations Qualifications basic plumbing and electrical experience good with painting and vinyl flooring, positive attitude and ability to problem, solve and get things done!!

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
