Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Syracuse, NY area! This is a first shift role - the hours are 8am-5pm (may require some flexibility with start time)

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee daily maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, changeovers, and safety initiatives. Manage and prioritize maintenance activities across all three shifts to ensure efficient plant operations. Provide technical support for plant infrastructure, maintenance programs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with Production teams to develop and execute daily and weekly schedules that maximize productivity. Support management of plant electrical systems and PLC programs to maintain equipment reliability. Assist with plant safety programs, including Arc Flash compliance and related safety initiatives.

Requirements:
