What You'll Do:

Lead Preventative Maintenance:

Design and manage a proactive maintenance schedule that keeps equipment running and minimizes disruptions.

Hands-On & Team-Oriented:

Train staff in basic maintenance—plastering, painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.

Daily Facility Checks:

Conduct regular inspections of equipment, tools, and facilities.

Diagnose & Repair:

Tackle maintenance issues head-on and make timely, quality repairs. Keep It on

Record:

Maintain logs of all repairs, inspections, inventory, and compliance reports.

Vendor Coordinator:

Work closely with service providers to manage outside repairs and maintenance needs.

Team Leader:

Delegate tasks, ensure quality control, and implement work schedules. On the

Travel across various IAHD sites in the Bronx and Westchester to support facility need s.

Educational Requirements High School Diploma or GED Experience & Skills:
