TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead equipment reliability and plant maintenance in our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will manage a team of technicians, develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans, and partner closely with operations to reduce downtime and improve line performance. You will oversee CMMS scheduling, contractors, and spare parts inventory while ensuring compliance with strict safety and food quality standards. Responsibilities Lead and supervise maintenance technicians in a 24/7 manufacturing environment Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs Troubleshoot and resolve equipment, utilities, and facilities issues promptly Partner with operations to minimize downtime and optimize line efficiency Manage maintenance budget, parts inventory, and contractor performance Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Coordinate equipment upgrades, installations, and reliability projects Use CMMS to plan, schedule, and document maintenance activities Drive continuous improvement and root cause analysis on chronic issues Train and develop team members on technical skills and safety practices Required Skills Preventive and predictive maintenance Equipment troubleshooting and repair CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Mechanical and electrical systems in manufacturing Root cause analysis and reliability improvement Maintenance planning and scheduling Budgeting and cost control Safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA, food safety) Vendor and contractor management Leadership and team supervision
