Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor position is a full-time, benefit-eligible position, Monday - Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30 pm, Friday 7:00 am-11:00 am, and must be available for rotating on-call for evenings and weekends at our Utica property located at 1229 Kemble St. Pay range is $24-$26/hr. Proactively ensures the units and buildings in the assigned region meet Housing Visions standards for integrity and quality through the oversight, sharing, and completion of items in a safe manner, such as work orders, turnovers, and projects. Promptly communicates significant incidents, issues, and or concerns to the Property Manager.
