Job Description

The Grand at Utica is seeking a Lead Maintenance Tech •
NOW OFFERING SAME DAY PAY
• Ideal candidate must have experience in HVAC and Electrical systems
Pay Ranges:
$22.00 to $26.00 per hour (negotiable & based on experience)
Duties Include:
Will be supervised by the Director of Maintenance. General knowledge of electrical, plumbing General maintenance experience required Moving materials from room to room etc.
Requirements Include :
Ability to lift and move at least 50 to 100 lbs. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to work in the United States. Must be able to work as a team member. Must be able to work alone Must be willing to work weekends. Must meet the requirements of the Department of Health. HVAC certification a plus We offer the
