Crew Lead - Lawn Maintenance (3-Person Crew) Plant Concepts, Inc. Position Overview Plant Concepts is seeking a reliable, motivated Crew Lead to oversee a 3-person lawn mowing crew servicing commercial and homeowners association (HOA) properties. This role is responsible for delivering efficient, high-quality work while leading by example and upholding our standard: Details Matter. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in their work, runs an efficient crew, and owns the quality of their route. Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday (seasonal Saturdays as needed) Typical start time: 7:15 AM Responsibilities Lead and manage a 3-person mowing crew Take ownership of route completion, crew performance, and property quality Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing Deliver clean lines, consistent striping, and debris-free finishes Train and support crew members to maintain productivity and standards Ensure all commercial and HOA properties meet company expectations Conduct daily equipment checks and basic maintenance Safely operate and oversee use of trucks, trailers, and equipment Communicate with Operations regarding progress, issues, or delays Enforce company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment Qualifications 2+ years of lawn maintenance experience required Prior crew leadership experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of commercial mowing equipment and best practices Valid driver's license with clean record Comfortable driving truck and trailer Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Dependable, accountable, and detail-oriented Pay & Benefits $25+/hour (based on experience) Performance-based bonuses available Overtime opportunities 401(k) with company match (after eligibility period) Year-round employment opportunities (including snow operations) Clear path for advancement into Operations roles Why Join Plant Concepts?
