Job S Service Manager Wanted We are seeking a dependable and skilled Service Manager to join our team and support our growing houseboat operation. This position is responsible for providing exceptional service to our existing houseboat clients at remote locations, while also assisting our launch crew with completing punch list items and ensuring each project meets our high standards. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently in a variety of locations.

Responsibilities:

Provide on-site service and support for existing houseboat clients at remote locations (requires up to 4 days travel per week) Troubleshoot and resolve service-related issues in a timely and professional manner Perform maintenance, repairs, adjustments, and customer support as needed Assist launch crews with punch list completion and final project details Help ensure boats are delivered and maintained to the highest quality standards Communicate effectively with customers, crew members, and management Maintain accurate service records and report completed work

Qualifications:

Strong mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance skills preferred Experience with boats, marine systems, construction, or related trades is a plus Ability to work independently and manage multiple service needs Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to remote locations This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and being part of a team that takes pride in building and supporting quality houseboats. This position requires someone who is willing to travel up to 4 days per week. This position requires candidate to live in proximity to our main location in Windsor NY.
