Job Description

We are seeking a driven, experienced, and people-focused Service Manager to lead and grow our high-volume automotive service operation. This is an opportunity for a strong leader to take ownership of an already successful department, strengthen team culture, and help drive continued growth and operational excellence. OEM dealership experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone with proven leadership ability, strong operational knowledge, and a passion for building high-performing teams. Responsibilities Lead all daily operations of the service department Drive service sales, profitability, and overall department performance Develop and mentor advisors, technicians, and support staff Foster and strengthen a positive, team-oriented culture Ensure exceptional customer service and retention Monitor workflow, productivity, and efficiency Maintain high standards for quality control and customer satisfaction Oversee scheduling, staffing, and departmental processes Analyze KPIs, financial performance, and operational metrics Collaborate with ownership and leadership to achieve business goals Recruit, train, and retain top talent Qualifications Previous automotive service management experience required OEM/dealership experience preferred but not required Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Proven ability to manage a high-volume operation Strong understanding of service department financials and KPIs Customer-first mindset with a commitment to excellence Ability to motivate teams and create accountability Experience with modern shop management and service systems preferred What We're Looking For We want someone who leads from the front, builds strong relationships, and takes pride in creating a positive work environment.
