Vernon, NY Responsibilities:
Develops, communicates, enforces, and monitors effective Service Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction. Creates annual Service Department goals and budget, in alignment with the organization's financial and operational objectives. Executes Service Department marketing plan and monitors monthly to ensure achievement of departmental goals. Maintain relationships with established customer base and work towards building new relationships. Review work orders for completeness and accuracy prior to customer billing. Ensures all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good working order. Manages recruiting, staffing and employee development activities for employees reporting to this position. 4+ recent years of management experience in heavy duty diesel repair environment Ideal Candidate has previous dealership experience P&L and Budgeting experience for a service department Strong verbal & documentation skills as you will be working with customers and techs on a daily basis Experience as a boots on the groundManager Compensation:
$80,000.00- $100,000.
Net Profit Shift:
Day Shift , 7:00 AM 4:30PM, Monday- Friday.
