High-speed processing and production equipment Leadership scope 7-8 Maintenance Technicians on 3rd shift What we're looking for Maintenance leadership experience within a large-scale food & beverage or high-speed consumer products manufacturing facility

Strong preventive and predictive maintenance background with the ability to build a more proactive maintenance culture

Proven ability to develop, train, and hold maintenance teams accountable

Experience improving equipment reliability, uptime, PM compliance, and maintenance execution

Strong troubleshooting knowledge involving PLCs, automation, conveyors, packaging, processing, and material handling equipment

Experience leading maintenance teams in a 24/7, multi-shift operation

A strong sense of urgency and experience supporting a high-volume, customer-facing manufacturing environment This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance leader who can strengthen the team, improve preventive maintenance practices, and build a culture of reliability, accountability, and urgency.
