Regional Maintenance Manager - Multifamily Portfolio Lead. Build. Improve. Make an Impact. We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Leader to join our growing property management company and take a leadership role in overseeing maintenance operations across our multifamily apartment portfolio . This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned maintenance professional who knows the industry inside and out and is ready to take their experience to the next level . You will work closely with property management and on-site teams to ensure our communities are well-maintained, our residents receive excellent service, and our maintenance operations run efficiently and consistently across the portfolio. What You'll Do Oversee and support maintenance teams across multiple apartment communities Lead, train, coach, and develop maintenance staff Establish and maintain consistent maintenance standards throughout the portfolio Oversee work orders, preventative maintenance, apartment turns, and property inspections Troubleshoot maintenance issues and provide guidance to on-site teams Manage vendors, contractors, and larger repair projects Assist with maintenance budgets, purchasing, and cost control Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs Help ensure properties maintain excellent curb appeal and overall condition Assist with capital projects and major property improvements Work closely with Property Managers and Corporate Leadership Be a resource and hands-on leader for maintenance teams throughout the company What We're Looking For 20+ years of apartment/multifamily maintenance experience preferred Strong leadership and team-management experience Extensive knowledge of building systems, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, drywall, and general repairs Experience overseeing maintenance operations at multiple properties is a strong plus Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple communities and priorities Reliable, professional, and willing to roll up your sleeves when needed Must have reliable personal transportation Must have a complete set of personal maintenance tools Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
