About the Role As a Maintenance Reliability Specialist, you will serve as a cornerstone of our operational excellence by optimizing equipment performance and driving long-term asset health. Responsibilities Design and execute robust preventative maintenance programs covering mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic infrastructure. Utilize CMMS platforms to prioritize work orders, ensuring resource allocation aligns with equipment criticality and production goals. Analyze equipment performance metrics, including MTBF and uptime, to implement proactive corrective strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline maintenance workflows and reduce operational disruptions. Manage the procurement of essential maintenance components and materials to support scheduled overhauls. Conduct post-maintenance evaluations to refine procedures and enhance future reliability outcomes. Provide technical mentorship to maintenance teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety compliance. Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience. 3+ years of experience in maintenance planning within a high-volume manufacturing setting. Advanced proficiency in CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, or Infor EAM). Strong ability to interpret complex technical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings. Preferred Skills Experience within automotive or heavy industrial manufacturing environments. Proven track record of leading continuous improvement or lean maintenance initiatives.
