Alignment Engine Inc. ("Alignment") operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps. The role. Lead the in-house trades crew — pipefitters, millwrights, riggers, and general trades — supporting plant services and the campus's continuous expansion. What you'll do: Plan and supervise in-house trades work Coordinate with CK and subcontractors on expansion interfaces Own trades safety, quality, and workmanship standards Manage tools, equipment, and consumables Build the trades team and apprentice pipeline What you'll bring: 7+ years progressive experience in data center, industrial, or mission-critical operations Track record building and leading teams through commissioning and early operations Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards for the discipline Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Alignment Engine Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
