Alignment Engine Inc. ("Alignment") operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps. The role. Keep the campus presentable and safe: grounds, snow/ice program, janitorial coordination, and exterior upkeep. What you'll do: Manage grounds and seasonal snow/ice removal Coordinate janitorial and waste services Maintain exterior lighting, signage, and fencing basics Manage groundskeeping equipment Support event and tour readiness What you'll bring: 3+ years grounds/building services experience Equipment operation experience (mowers, plows, lifts) Valid driver's license High school diploma or GED Alignment Engine Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
