Maintenance Supervisor:

Supervise and support a team of 2 Junior Maintenance Technicians, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Assign, prioritize, and monitor daily maintenance work orders to minimize downtime and maintain production performance. Develop, implement, and continuously improve the site Preventive Maintenance (PM) program. Schedule, conduct, and complete preventive maintenance activities across production and facility equipment. Perform hands-on mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on presses, CNC machines, tool & die machinery, CNC engraving equipment, blanking lines, and material handling systems. Troubleshoot and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including valves, pumps, cylinders, regulators, and associated components. Perform PLC troubleshooting, diagnostics, and basic programming modifications to support equipment reliability and production efficiency. Carry out electrical maintenance and repair work on motors, sensors, relays, contactors, drives, and industrial control systems. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and technical development to Junior Maintenance Technicians to improve team capability and performance. Qualifications & Experience required: Previous Industrial Maintenance leadership or supervisory experience. Strong mechanical maintenance background within a manufacturing environment. Strong PLC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
