Maintenance Supervisor The Board of Commissioners of Defiance County, Ohio, is accepting applications for the position of Maintenance Supervisor. This position is a full-time position, first shift; Monday

• Friday.

Full-time employees are entitled to paid holidays, eligible for County health insurance, and earn vacation time. All County employees are participants in the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System (OPERS). The primary objective of this position, under the direct supervision of the County Administrator, is to supervise, direct, plan and oversee the servicing, maintenance and repair of county buildings and grounds. Other duties include, but not limited to, ground maintenance (mowing, trimming, landscaping), snow removal, painting, small construction jobs, etc. Must be able to use equipment to accomplish the above duties and lift up to 50 pounds regularly, occasionally more as requested and be able to apply force to move objects. Must have possession of a valid Ohio driver's license and an acceptable driving record. Pay range for this position is $33.00
