• Responsibilities Lead the operational performance of six regional service and reconditioning centers.

Drive technician productivity, operational efficiency, and vehicle quality. Standardize processes and implement best practices across multiple locations. Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance and reduce costs. Partner with executive leadership to drive continuous operational improvement. Travel throughout the region to coach teams, ensure accountability, and support business growth. Regional Automotive Service & Reconditioning Manager

• Requirements Five or more years of progressive automotive operations leadership experience.

Proven success leading multiple service centers or operational locations. Strong knowledge of used vehicle service and reconditioning operations. Demonstrated ability to improve productivity, quality, and operational performance. Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and the ability to travel regionally.
