We are looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Supervisor / Senior Electromechanical Technician to join our team and play a key role in maintaining and improving our production equipment. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems . Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime. Install, modify, and commission new production equipment. Lead equipment improvement projects to increase productivity and reliability. Analyze recurring equipment failures and implement permanent corrective actions. Maintain spare parts inventory and maintenance documentation. Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes. Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company procedures. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong hands-on experience repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems . Experience troubleshooting industrial machinery and production equipment. Technical diploma or degree in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field. Previous leadership or supervisory experience is considered a strong asset. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Skills Industrial electrical troubleshooting (motors, sensors, VFDs, control circuits) Hydraulic system diagnostics and repair Mechanical equipment repair and alignment Pneumatic systems Preventive and predictive maintenance PLC troubleshooting (asset) Welding or fabrication experience (asset) Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing mindset Who You Are We're looking for someone who is: Mechanically inclined and technically curious A strong leader who enjoys mentoring others Organized and detail-oriented Proactive and solution-focused Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Committed to safety and quality If you have extensive experience in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs and enjoy solving challenging equipment problems, we encourage you to apply and become part of a growing, innovative manufacturing team.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
