Hudson Elms Skilled Nursing & Rehab Center is now hiring a Maintenance Director! Full-Time | Leadership Opportunity Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for creating safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environments? Our skilled nursing facility is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee and coordinate all maintenance operations, ensuring our residents, staff, and visitors enjoy a clean, safe, and welcoming space.

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance and emergency repairs. Supervise and schedule maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders. Maintain building systems, equipment, grounds, and utilities in accordance with safety and regulatory standards. Develop and manage maintenance budgets, supply orders, and vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local building codes and regulations. Participate in safety committee meetings and support emergency preparedness plans. Conduct regular inspections of the facility and grounds.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred. Prior experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in a healthcare or skilled nursing setting. Knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety codes. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with regulatory requirements (DOH, OSHA, Life Safety Code) strongly preferred.
