Job Description

Overview:
As aAssociate Life Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Kings Island's associate housing facilities. This role ensures a safe, clean, and welcoming living environment for our seasonal associates. You will supervise housing staff, coordinate maintenance and housekeeping, and foster a positive community experience.

This position is Part-Time year-round working at the park. You will work between •hours a week throughout the year with benefits provided.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of associate housing, including check-ins, check-outs, room inspections, and incident response.

Supervise and schedule housing team members, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance support.

Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and housing policies.

Serve as a liaison between residents and park leadership to address concerns and enhance the housing experience.

Coordinate with Facilities and Security teams to maintain a safe and functional living environment.

Plan and support community-building activities and housing events.

Maintain accurate records of occupancy, maintenance requests, and incident reports.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in Hospitality, Property Management, or related field preferred.1–2 years of supervisory experience.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
