Lead Facility Maintenance Technician

Lead Facility Maintenance Technician Valicor Environmental Services is looking for a Lead Facility Maintenance Technician to work in our Middletown, Ohio (Lefferson Road) facility.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

5-10 years overall experience Industrial electrical experience Pump Repair experience

Mechanical Aptitude:

ability to read and interpret drawings Electrical, Plumbing, and General Maintenance experience Welding, Pipe Fitting, Forklift experience Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with Preventative Maintenance Software Applications

JOB DUTIES

Perform machine predictive and preventative maintenance within our plant(s) Corrective Maintenance Strong Work Ethic Outstanding organizational skills Must be a team player, self-starter and have the willingness to learn all aspects of the job Other duties as assigned as necessary
