About the Role We are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to help build, lead, and scale our Cincinnati -Dayton operations. This is a year-round, salaried position that blends leadership with active field involvement—especially during peak season. As a newer business, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup-style environment and is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. You'll be responsible for managing daily operations, leading crews, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and helping grow the business. During the busy season, expect to spend significant time in the field working alongside your team. What You'll Do Lead day-to-day operations across all service lines, both in the field and behind the scenes Work alongside crews to complete line painting, crack filling, sealcoating, and other services as needed Plan, schedule, and execute projects efficiently to meet deadlines and quality standards Hire, train, and develop team members, helping build a strong, reliable crew Ensure all job sites are safe, organized, and compliant with safety standards Manage equipment, materials, and inventory to support smooth operations Communicate directly with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships Troubleshoot challenges in real time and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment Support business growth through operational improvements and local relationship building Track performance, budgets, and productivity, reporting to ownership as needed Take ownership of results and continuously look for ways to improve efficiency and service quality What You Bring Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation Experience in operations, construction, field services, or a similar hands-on leadership role A "lead from the front" mindset—you're comfortable managing and doing the work Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to manage people, projects, and changing priorities simultaneously Physically capable of working in the field (lifting, walking, bending, working outdoors) Mechanical aptitude; experience with small engines or pavement/painting equipment is a strong asset Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to help grow a business What We Offer Competitive annual salary based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities tied to operational and business growth goals Year-round employment with a mix of field and management responsibilities A tight-knit, supportive team environment where your impact is visible Opportunities for advancement as the business grows Ongoing training and development EverLine is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
