$60k to $65k/yr, based on experience Job Description We have an immediate need for a Service Manager who will ensure a smooth workflow, maintain high customer satisfaction, and support service technicians to deliver top-quality service. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in maximizing the efficiency of service technicians by organizing and prioritizing work orders based on technician capability, parts availability, and promised deadlines Facilitate smooth workflow through the department Prepare customer quotes, write work orders, look up parts, and handle customer billing with professionalism and accuracy Learn and utilize our inventory management software effectively Communicate service needs with customers using a proactive, sales-oriented approach

Job Requirements Qualifications:

Must have a High School Diploma; Post-high school education is a plus but not required Must have 3-5 years of experience in small engine repair and a minimum of 2 years of personnel management experience Must be proficient with common computer applications Must have a strong communication and organizational, and excellent customer service skill Must have a proactive, sales-oriented mindset when communicating with customers Must be reliable, flexible, able to multi-task effectively, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities Must have the ability to work and maintain a positive and professional attitude under pressure A positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment with other departments is necessary Must have a solid work history with no attendance issues Only those candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
