The Mission You will lead our entire operations division—optimizing daily field execution across residential accounts and commanding commercial snow operations—to deliver high profit, uncompromising quality, and deep leadership pipelines. Production & Scheduling:

Optimize daily routing, labor allocation, and equipment readiness for landscape, construction, and snow •

System Management:

Drive full utilization of our core systems ( Knowify , QuickBooks , and CompanyCam ) to track job costing, photo documentation, and field progress. •

Safety & Standards:

Maintain a zero-incident culture and strict adherence to safety protocals •

Team Scaling:

Handle subcontractor coordination and continuous training for field crews. The Qualities We Value •
