Job Description

Job Overview Lead. Build. Improve. Impact This isn't maintenance; it's building an elite operation. We are an established, fast-growing Northeast Ohio company specializing in high-end residential landscaping, construction and snow and ice management. We focus heavily on excellence, people development, and continuous improvement. We do not need a babysitter. We want an operational leader, someone who owns outcomes, builds bulletproof systems, and aggressively develops people. If you thrive on full accountability, want to lead a tight operation of driven field crews, and can seamlessly transition from high-end residential details to fast-paced winter storm logistics, this seat is yours. The Mission You will lead our entire operations division—optimizing daily field execution across residential accounts and commanding commercial snow operations—to deliver high profit, uncompromising quality, and deep leadership pipelines. What Success Looks Like (Your Outcomes) We measure results, not hours. You will OWN these specific operational targets: •
Flawless Execution:
Crews rolling out on time, fully equipped, every single day, zero excuses (green and white seasons). •
Financial Health:
Outperforming budgeted gross margins through efficiency and waste elimination. •
Premium Quality:

Safety & Standards:
Maintain a zero-incident culture and strict adherence to safety protocals •
Team Scaling:
Handle subcontractor coordination and continuous training for field crews. The Qualities We Value •
Humility:
You pull on boots and help when needed; you pass credit and take blame. •
Decisiveness:
You make smart, fast calls landscape deadlines without over-analyzing. •
Process-Minded:
You hate chaos and naturally build systems to prevent repeated mistakes. •
Calm Demeanor:
When weather or schedules break sideways, you are the steadiest voice in the room. The Challenge If you're comfortable where you are, stay put. If you're hungry to leave a legacy, make an Impact and build something great, let's talk.
