• Lead maintenance techs and machine cleaners on 3rd shift
• Plan and assign preventive and repair work in our work order system (Limble)
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Read schematics and equipment drawings
• Work with production, engineering, and the maintenance planner to keep machines up
• Coach your team and track their time and attendance
• Keep work safe and follow OSHA, EPA, and lockout-tagout rules
• Drive 6S and continuous improvement What you need
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing (or an associate degree in engineering plus 3+ years)
• Experience leading or directing technicians
• Strong knowledge of lockout-tagout
• Experience with a work order system like Limble or SAP PM
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, email
• A valid driver's license Nice to have
• PLC troubleshooting or programming
• Lean or 6S experience Ready to lead?
