Continental Express Inc., located in Sidney, is currently seeking a Property Maintenance Manager. This person must be dependable and extremely detail oriented.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs repairs as needed and/or appropriate on equipment, building and grounds in accordance with company standards. Mowing, trimming, leaf pickup, and maintaining landscaping. Plowing and shoveling snow from driveways, sidewalks, and parking lots. Performs clean-up and repair to maintenance related equipment. Washing, waxing, and detailing company vehicles. Sweeping floors and trash removal. Manage small crew of maintenance helpers Miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

Valid Driver's License and clean driving record. Will travel to other sites. Ability to operate mowers, tractors, chain saws, miscellaneous power tools Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Ability to prioritize job responsibilities Ability to adapt to change (flexibility), plan and organize, have attention to detail, and technical/procedural expertise, Ability to work in a variety of conditions including: outdoor weather (extreme heat and cold), electrical and mechanical hazards, sharp tools.
