Millennia Housing Management is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our International Towers property located in Youngstown, OH. This is a full-time, 40 hours per week, benefit- eligible position with an attractive starting hourly rate. The successful candidate will have 3 or more years of hands on experience in carpentry and dry wall/plaster, with some plumbing, electrical, landscaping, and apartment preparation. Must possess a minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.

Must possess:

Strong customer service skills along with being trustworthy, able to work with vendors, maintain inventory, and meet deadlines Position requires some on call responsibilities along with occasional overtime and assistance at other sites as needed.
