Responsibilities to include:

Answer customer phone calls, process paperwork, and schedule appointments for truck repairs. Help technicians with Mack and Volvo help desk phone calls for in process truck repairs Open/create repair orders, process, and billing. Help mechanics with clocking on correct jobs/repairs, and assist techs It is time to build a more secure future as a service professional.
