Full-Time | Locally Owned & Operated | Boutique Management About the Property We are a small family owned company based in Blanchard, Oklahoma. Our locally owned and operated team is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for our residents. Key Responsibilities Perform routine and preventive maintenance across the property Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems Conduct light construction tasks including drywall, painting, and carpentry Maintain organized inventory of tools, supplies, and maintenance records Respond promptly to resident service requests and emergencies Collaborate with property management to ensure high standards of upkeep Occasionally assist with maintenance needs at nearby properties Required Skills & Traits Proven experience in property maintenance Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and light construction Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and proactively Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Reliable transportation and valid driver's license What We Offer A supportive, community-focused work environment Opportunity to contribute meaningfully to residents' quality of life Competitive compensation based on experience Flexibility and autonomy in daily operations
