Maintenance Director Schedule:
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm About the
Role:
We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Director to join our team! In this role, you'll handle preventive maintenance, inspections, installations, and repairs for residential and industrial HVAC systems, as well as a variety of other maintenance tasks throughout our community. You'll work under the supervision of the Maintenance Director to keep our facility safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform repairs on handrails, windows, flooring, walls, ceilings, beds, wheelchairs, geri-chairs, electrical equipment, sprinkler systems, generators, emergency lighting, fire alarms, and fire extinguishers Change filters on HVAC equipment and manage supply stocking and lifting tasks Prioritize and complete service requests efficiently with high-quality workmanship Conduct daily inspections of common areas and community amenities to ensure proper condition and functionality Carry out preventive maintenance on systems such as HVAC, plumbing fixtures, sprinkler systems, smoke detectors, and fire extinguishers Identify and report potentially hazardous situations that may not be immediately obvious to others Enforce safety procedures in compliance with all health and safety regulations Notify the supervisor of supply and equipment needs to support daily operations and resident care

Requirements:
