Responsible for overseeing and maintaining the District's Computer-Aided Drawing (CAD) and Space Management System, including AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit platforms, to support accurate facility documentation and efficient project execution. Essential Job Functions:
Oversees and manages the Facilities and Space Management drawing database. Create and maintain room number plans and associated space data. Create and maintain room capacity plans and related data. Develops and maintain master floor plans and as-built documentation. Develops and update site, utility, and easement plans. Collaborates with outside vendors to maintain up-to-date aerial maps. Assists the Marketing Department with campus maps and interior wayfinding signage. Maintains and update plans for other groups including Emergency Management, Safety, and Information Technology. Provides CAD and Revit support to team members. Develops, implement, and coordinate CAD and Revit standards with outside agencies for projects. Manages wayfinding and signage for the District. Assists with providing information on the planning, research, and implementation of projects. Maintains adherence to organizational BIM standards, templates, and naming conventions. Ability to be present on the job as described under working conditions and contract details. Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Minimum of five (5) years of experience with CAD and two (2) years of Revit; Archibus experience highly preferred. Competent in the use of office productivity systems and databases. Exceptional and effective verbal/written communication, mediation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate commitment to effective team building and development of personnel. Ability to work independently with limited supervision and direction. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks or projects with a sense of urgency. Anticipate needs, be resourceful and have ability to build strong employee partnerships within the organization. Ability to consistently deliver superior customer service and work quality to internal and external customers. This position requires both possession of a valid Oklahoma Driver's license and the ability to independently drive to meetings, training locations, and other District campuses. The employee must also remain in compliance with District driving record policies.
Working Conditions:
Position requires prolonged sitting, standing, and walking; concentrated visual effort is required; extensive communication with internal and external customers. Reliable, dependable, and punctual attendance. This is not an exhaustive list and reasonable accommodations will be made as needed.
Organizational Relationship:
Full-time, non-exempt personnel position reports directly to the Director of Facility Development. Evaluated annually in accordance with the provisions of the Board's policy.
Contract Details:
Twelve-month contract, subject to annual renewal. Working days and hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Benefits:
Francis Tuttle offers a comprehensive benefit package for full-time employment to include paid health and dental insurance, monthly supplemental benefit compensation of $465, employee leave plan with family friendly work calendar and 100% contribution into Oklahoma Teachers Retirement System. Effective January 1, 2025, the district will match up to 2% of monthly, base salary with a 403b or 457 retirement plan (base salary does not include stipends or extra duty). Starting salary represents individuals who are in early stages of career, newer to the role, working toward increasing proficiency. •This range represents individuals who are fully experienced and qualified, demonstrate sustained performance for a period of time and exhibit full proficiency in all aspects of their role.
