Are you a skilled landscape professional with leadership experience ready to take the next step? We're growing our Bend-based lawn and landscape maintenance business and need a reliable Crew Lead who takes pride in high-quality work, equipment care, and team performance.

What You'll Do:

Lead a small crew on daily maintenance routes (mowing, edging, pruning, irrigation troubleshooting/repair, fertilizing/weed control). Supervise, train, and motivate team members while maintaining top safety and quality standards. Communicate professionally with clients and management. Perform equipment inspections and basic maintenance (zero-turn mowers, trimmers, etc.). Help plan efficient routes and projects.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3 years professional landscape maintenance experience. Strong leadership and self-starter attitude — you see what needs doing and get it done. Proficient with zero-turn mowers, blade/line edging, tree/shrub pruning, and irrigation systems. Basic mechanical skills a plus. Valid Oregon driver's license, reliable transportation, clean driving record, and positive attitude. Ability to work full days in variable Central Oregon weather.
