Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Manager to lead our facilities maintenance teams. In this vital role, you will oversee the maintenance, repair, and safety of our mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems across multiple properties. Your leadership will ensure that all facilities operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently while adhering to industry standards and safety regulations. Duties Supervise and manage facilities maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance repair procedures across all properties Oversee the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical systems (high voltage and low voltage), plumbing systems, and mechanical equipment Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to optimize operational uptime Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and industry best practices by conducting regular safety audits and training sessions Read schematics and technical diagrams for electrical wiring, HVAC systems, plumbing layouts, and mechanical components to facilitate effective troubleshooting Manage projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs by coordinating resources, timelines, and budgets Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and safety compliance documentation Skills Strong management skills with experience supervising facilities maintenance teams in an industrial or hospitality setting Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems repair including HVAC system repair and plumbing system maintenance Proficiency in using CMMS software for work order management and reporting Solid understanding of electrical systems including high voltage and low voltage wiring; ability to use voltmeters and ohmmeters for troubleshooting Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations related to industrial maintenance environments Mechanical troubleshooting skills supported by schematics reading abilities Project management expertise with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a safety-conscious work environment Strong communication skills in English for clear reporting and team coordination Join us as a Maintenance Manager if you're eager to lead a dedicated team in maintaining top-tier facilities while ensuring safety standards are met.
