WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead, schedule, coach, train, and evaluate maintenance technicians; establish performance expectations, drive accountability, support employee development, and coordinate contractors.
Plan, prioritize, and execute routine and non-routine maintenance for process equipment, utilities, and facility systems; manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs, CMMS work orders, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Oversee critical spare parts and maintenance inventory, monitor equipment performance, maintain asset histories and maintenance records, and identify opportunities to improve reliability, asset life, and minimize downtime.
Ensure maintenance activities meet safety, environmental, and quality requirements, including LOTO, confined space, and hot work programs; support risk assessments, incident investigations, MOC, procedures, performance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience with strong communication, organization, team management, and decision-making skills in a manufacturing environment.5+ years of maintenance experience in chemical, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or related manufacturing environments, with knowledge of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, utility, and facility systems.
Experience with maintenance planning, scheduling, preventive maintenance, asset management, CMMS systems, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and prioritizing competing demands in a 24/7 operation.
Associate or Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred; proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office required, with regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This role requires regular walking, standing, climbing stairs, and navigating manufacturing, maintenance, and equipment areas while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE). The position may involve lifting, carrying, and handling tools or equipment, as well as working in confined spaces, elevated areas, and around active manufacturing operations.
