Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facilities maintenance team in ensuring the optimal operation, safety, and reliability of our multiple hotel properties. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee a broad range of maintenance activities, implement proactive strategies, and foster a culture of safety and excellence. As a key leader within our organization, you will supervise daily maintenance operations, coordinate repair projects, and ensure compliance with safety regulations while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Duties Supervise the hotel maintenance team responsible for several hotel properties. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.. Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies; conduct regular safety training sessions for team members. Read and interpret troubleshooting guides to facilitate accurate repairs. Supervise projects to meet operational goals efficiently. Maintain records of maintenance activities, work orders, safety inspections, and equipment. Lead efforts to improve facilities processes by implementing best practices in maintenance repair procedures strategies. Requirements Proven experience in supervising maintenance teams of similar size and scope.. Hands-on experience with hotel, apartment and/or multiple housing facilities. Understanding of safety regulations such as OSHA standards; ability to enforce safety procedures effectively. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation purposes. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage projects efficiently, and foster a collaborative work environment. Excellent communication skills in English; capable of providing clear instructions and documentation. Ability to work safely with hotel, apartment and/or multiple housing facility equipment while maintaining focus on safety regulations at all times. Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 - 45.0 per week
