Full-Time Property ManagerMaintenance Technician Ridgeview Commons - Prineville, Oregon Are you someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in maintaining a beautiful community, and loves building relationships with residents? Ridgeview Commons is seeking a motivated, dependable individual to serve in a unique full-time dual role as both Property Manager and Maintenance Technician . This position is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and making a meaningful impact in an affordable housing community. As the face of the community, you'll provide excellent customer service while also ensuring the property is well-maintained, safe, and welcoming for residents. What You'll Do Property Management Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of a 40-unit affordable housing community. Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents. Process applications, leasing, move-ins, move-outs, and annual recertifications. Ensure compliance with affordable housing and tax credit program requirements. Collect rent and maintain accurate resident files and records. Coordinate resident communications and community activities. Work with vendors, contractors, and company leadership to ensure smooth operations. Maintain occupancy goals and promote resident satisfaction. Maintenance Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, carpentry, and appliance repair. Complete work orders promptly and professionally. Conduct preventive maintenance and routine property inspections. Prepare apartments for new residents, including turnovers and make-ready work. Maintain the grounds and common areas to ensure a clean, attractive community. Coordinate outside contractors for specialized repairs as needed. Participate in an on-call rotation for maintenance emergencies, if applicable.
