Lum's Auto Center is seeking a high impact Service Manager to lead its growing Toyota and Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram service operation. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced Service Manager who wants to take an established department and make it world class. Responsibilities include recruiting retaining coaching and developing Service Advisors and Technicians, establishing clear expectations and accountability, developing future leaders within the department, and owning service department KPIs including customer pay ELR hours per RO customer pay labor sales technician productivity and efficiency gross profit net to gross MPI execution and sales warranty and internal performance customer retention and CSI. The Service Manager will also build consistent service drive processes for write up MPI inspection presentation scheduling and dispatching, reduce WIP and production bottlenecks, improve communication between Service Parts and Technicians, identify missed opportunities and create systems to capture them, and lead a customer experience built on trust communication transparency and professionalism. Located in Warrenton OR on Oregon's northern coast near Astoria, enjoy beaches rivers forests and outdoor recreation including fishing boating hiking hunting and camping. An experienced Service Manager is preferred. A strong Assistant Service Manager Service Lane Manager or senior Fixed Operations leader ready for the next step may also be considered.
