Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Maintenance Mechanic Supervisor to lead our facilities maintenance team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and industrial systems across our manufacturing site. Your leadership will ensure all equipment operates efficiently, safely, and reliably while maintaining compliance with OSHA safety regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex projects, implement maintenance procedures, and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement. This is for 3rd shift- 11PM-7am Responsibilities Supervise and manage facilities maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of mechanical systems repair and preventive maintenance activities Oversee the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems using tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters, including low voltage systems Lead HVAC system repair efforts, ensuring optimal climate control within the facility in accordance with safety standards Coordinate plumbing system maintenance and repairs to prevent downtime and ensure compliance with safety regulations Develop and implement maintenance repair procedures aligned with industry best practices and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) protocols Manage projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints Enforce safety regulations by conducting regular safety audits, training sessions on OSHA standards, and promoting a safety-first culture among team members Skills Proven management experience supervising industrial maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in mechanical systems repair and troubleshooting Skilled in electrical systems diagnostics using voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other testing tools; experience with low voltage systems preferred Knowledge of HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance, and electrical systems management Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, engineering troubleshooting techniques, and CMMS software Excellent project management skills to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently while adhering to safety regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation purposes Deep understanding of OSHA safety standards applicable to industrial facilities Effective leadership abilities combined with strong communication skills in English to motivate teams and ensure clear instructions Join us to lead our maintenance operations with energy and precision!
