Manufacturing & Production About the Role We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of Maintenance Technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, reducing downtime, promoting continuous improvement, and maintaining Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) compliance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience supervising maintenance operations in manufacturing, industrial, or military environments and is passionate about improving operational efficiency and equipment performance. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of Maintenance Technicians. Ensure maximum equipment reliability and minimize production downtime. Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. Promote and maintain Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) compliance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency. Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and implement corrective actions. Monitor maintenance performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities. Support production by ensuring timely maintenance response and equipment availability. Train, coach, and mentor maintenance personnel. Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to achieve operational goals. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and maintenance procedures. Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution. Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a: Manufacturing environment Industrial facility Military environment Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Legally authorized to work in the United States.
