Job Description
Maintenance Manager Must have experience with Heavy Mobile Equipment A leading industrial services company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and reliability of heavy mobile equipment in a demanding industrial environment. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on safety, equipment uptime, team development, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians and mechanics. Coordinate maintenance activities with operations to maximize equipment availability. Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement reliability improvements. Oversee maintenance budgets, inventory, and capital projects. Ensure compliance with all safety policies and regulations. Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment. Qualifications Technical degree or related training in Diesel, Electrical, Hydraulic, Mechanical, or a similar field preferred. 5+ years of maintenance management experience in a heavy industrial environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems. Experience with CMMS and maintenance planning software. Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial setting. Must be able to successfully complete pre-employment screenings. #JDP
