We are currently seeking a qualified Quality Technician to join our client's organization and contribute to their ongoing success. Job summary Our company is seeking a Quality Technician to support our comprehensive,enterprise-wide Quality Management System. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Performing sample inspections & measurements of incoming parts Processing non-confirming materials for testing or disposition Performing First Article Inspections (FAIs) of new parts and/or parts from new suppliers Completing internal audits and associated documentation Interpreting engineering prints and schematics Supporting safety and quality initiatives such as 5S, ESD, FOD,ISO Assisting in the Material Review Board process Maintaining information systems Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; making recommendations Reviewing, analyzing, and reporting on quality discrepancies Robotics quality goals
Requirements:
Experience in a fast paced manufacturing setting Experience with precisions instrumentation and complex electromechanical systems Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Comfort in a fast-changing, cross-functional team environment High standards of accuracy, rigor, and timeliness Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite At OpenArc, we prioritize your career success and strive to build exceptional technical teams for our clients.
