Maintenance Technician Site Lead ~ Join Our Team! We are in search of an experienced, motivated Maintenance Technician Site Lead to oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of our residential community. As the Site Lead, you will coordinate maintenance activities, support property operations, lead preventative maintenance efforts, and ensure our community remains safe, attractive, and well-maintained for our residents.
What You Will Do:
Lead the daily maintenance operations for the property while supporting nearby communities as needed Coordinate and prioritize work orders to ensure timely completion Oversee manufactured homes turnovers, working with maintenance staff and outside vendors to keep projects on schedule and within budget Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules Perform general maintenance repairs, including; carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC Work closely with property managers, residents, and vendors to provide outstanding customer service Coordinate snow removal, grounds care, and other exterior maintenance when needed Participate in an on-call emergency maintenance rotation and respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues Maintain clean, organized maintenance shops and storage areas Attend company meetings and training opportunities Perform additional duties as assigned
What We Are Looking For:
Previous maintenance experience; preferably in manufactured housing, multifamily, or residential property management Strong working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems Leadership skills with the ability to coordinate staff and vendors Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks Valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation OSHA 10-Hour Construction & Safety Certification, or the ability to obtain certification Commitment to following all company safety procedures and wearing required Personal Protective Equipment Why Join Us? Physical Requirements:
Regularly required to walk long distances within the communities/properties and routinely climb stairs and ladders. Must frequently lift objects up to fifty pounds. Regularly required to stand, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch and crawl, reach overhead, use hands and fingers in order to perform job duties. Regularly required to talk and hear in order to communicate and exchange information via phone, computer, or other electronic device. Must have the ability to see both near and far with or without accommodation.
