This role involves outdoor work focused on pest management solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction through professional service. The ideal candidate will have outdoor work experience, strong customer service skills, and knowledge of pesticide application and safety protocols. As a key member of our team, you will operate company vehicles, handle pest control chemicals responsibly, and adhere to safety standards to deliver effective pest control services. Responsibilities Conduct outdoor pest control treatments at residential and commercial properties using appropriate pesticides and chemicals. Apply pesticides safely and accurately, following all safety protocols and regulations. Operate company vehicles to reach job sites efficiently and responsibly. Use ladders safely to access hard-to-reach areas during treatment procedures. Manage pesticide inventory, ensuring proper storage, handling, and disposal of chemicals. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and explaining pest control procedures professionally. Follow safety guidelines diligently to protect yourself, clients, and the environment during all operations. Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, chemicals used, and safety compliance. Experience Prior outdoor work experience is preferred. Knowledge of pesticide application techniques and chemical handling is highly desirable. Experience operating company vehicles is beneficial. Strong customer service skills are essential for interacting professionally with clients. Familiarity with ladder use and safety procedures is important for performing treatment tasks effectively. Ability to follow safety protocols rigorously to ensure safe work practices in all situations. •NEED to have a valid license. $18.00 per hour to start with 25-35 hours available. When it slows down, roughly 20-30 hours per week. Opportunity for raises.
