Position Overview Green Anchor is seeking a highly motivated, hands-on Property Care Manager to lead and work alongside our landscaping and property care teams. This is not a desk job. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in maintaining exceptional properties, enjoys working outdoors, and is willing to roll up their sleeves while managing crews and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards. The Property Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing landscaping operations, supervising field teams, coordinating property maintenance, performing light handyman work, and serving as the primary point of accountability for the overall appearance and condition of assigned properties. What You'll DoLead Landscaping & Property Care Teams Manage, train, and motivate landscaping and maintenance crews. Assign daily work schedules and ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally. Conduct quality control inspections and provide coaching and feedback to team members. Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with Green Anchor standards. Coordinate staffing, equipment, and materials for ongoing property maintenance. Work Alongside the Team Actively participate in landscaping and property care work as needed. Operate landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other tools. Assist with planting, mulching, pruning, seasonal cleanups, irrigation repairs, and landscape enhancements. Support crews during large projects, property transitions, and peak workload periods. Lead by example through a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Property Maintenance & Handyman Services Perform light handyman and maintenance tasks including: Identify maintenance issues before they become larger problems. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs when necessary. Property Oversight Conduct regular property inspections. Ensure all Green Anchor-managed properties are clean, safe, and well-maintained. Develop and execute preventative maintenance plans. Communicate with property owners and stakeholders regarding property needs and project updates. Track work completed, maintenance schedules, and equipment needs. QualificationsRequired 3+ years of experience in landscaping, property maintenance, facilities management, or a related field. Experience supervising field teams and managing daily operations. Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and equipment. Ability and willingness to perform physical labor daily. Basic handyman skills across carpentry, painting and general repairs. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Preferred Equipment maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
